Both are blessings from Allah

DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK 💎

Presents : "Both are blessings from Allah"

Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu.
All praises and genuflections be to Almighty Allah who created us from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women.
May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the noblest of Mankind, the best of All husbands who never consider a gender greater than another except when it comes to fulfilling obligations and piety. May Allah bless all his companions and his followers up till the day of judgement.
Aameen

In Shaa Allah we'll take ourselves through the topic : "Both are blessings from Allah"
Among what we should believe in as Muslims is that Allah is in control of creation and He gives to whom He Wills.
We should always be greatful with what Allah gives us in terms of offspring be it a male or female.
They both have their virtues and importance in the Muslim Ummah.
As Muslims We need to correct the sayings and deeds of some people who considered female less than they do with male.

Remember when Allah said :
"It is He who created you from one soul and created from it its mate that he might dwell in security with her. And when he covers her, she carries a light burden and continues therein. And when it becomes heavy, they both invoke Allah, their Lord, "If You should give us a good [child], we will surely be among the grateful."
Suratul 'Araaf 189
Therefore when our wife happens to give birth we should be happy with the gender Allah has brought forth from her i.e Male or Female.
There are some people who are actually used to saying
"Oh! The baby isn't a boy, the wife is so weak. If not she should have given birth to a boy".
My brother give thanks to Allah for what he has given you.

Allah at times chooses not to give some an offspring at all. The Qur'an says :
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He creates what he wills. He gives to whom He wills female [children], and He gives to whom He wills males.
The next verse says :
Or He makes them [both] males and females, and He renders whom He wills barren. Indeed, He is Knowing and Competent.
Surah Ash-Shurah v49-50

Remember when the wife of 'Imraan was supplicating to Allah for a save delivery, She was actually expecting a male but when it happens to be a female she made supplications and Allah made her daughter so blessed so much so that Prophet Zakariyah had to supplicate for an offspring too which he has been longing for a long time ago.
The details of this is in Surah Aal-'Imraan V36-39 In Shaa Allah let's try and go through it. May Allah make it a evidence for and not against us Aameen.

Let's be grateful for giving birth is a great mercy from Allah.
We've heard and read from history how great the Women of Islam were before and during the time of the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).
Just as the Men were giving glad tidings of Jannah so were the women.

May Allah grant us all goodness and forgive our Shortcomings.

Make It Halal

MAKE IT HALAL!
Allah is the perfect match maker,
Stop being a caretaker.

Why hold a lady
When you know you are not ready?

If you ain't ready to become a father or mother,
Do not cross the border!

If you really love him,
Strive to make it halal.
I've not seen for two lovers more than nikkah.
This is the statement of our beloved prophet.

But do remember:
Beauty fades
Wealth Finishes
Status diminishes.

Go for he that is religious
May your hands be rub with dust.

Hold firm to the word of Allah, which is true.
For this is a Naseeha from me to You.

Ibaadur-Rahmaan

💎 Dream Da'wah Network 💎

Presents : Ibaadur-Rahman (Servants of Allah)

All thanks and adoration belongs to Allah, Who said in the Qur'an There hath come to you from Allah a (new) light and a perspicuous Book and may the complete blessings and salutations be upon Rosullullah! And his entire household and His companions. (Amin)

It is beyond the power of man to comprehend or even to describe the greatness and importance of what the Qur'an holds for Him.
The Qur'an is Allah's greatest blessing for us.
It's the fulfilment of His promise to Adam and His descendants... "there comes to you Guidance from me, whosoever follows My guidance, on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve " (2:38).

It's the only weapon to help our frail existence as we struggle against the forces of evil and temptation in this world. It's the only light, as we grope in the darkness with which to find our way to success and salvation. It has been brought down by one who's powerful and trustworthy in the heavens - the Angel Jibra'il and its first abode was that pure and sublime heart, the like of which has never been seen - The heart of prophet Muhammad
( peace be upon him ).

The importance of the Qur'an stated above by the above named sheikh will make us look into a verse of the Qur'an since it is the only way to come nearer and closer to our Creator.
So we look into some verses in suratu-l-Furqon  Since it is a surah that ends with a definition of the deeds by which the righteous are known in the environment of this world... Ibaadur-Rahman

Who are the ibaadu Rahman? They are the one who'll be rewarded with the highest place in Jannah! *Gurfatan* because of their patient constancy l: therein shall they be met with salutation and peace! They're those who'll dwell in Jannah Forever;- *How beautiful An abode and place of rest!.*
So In sha Allah I'll be mentioning just two among their qualities mentioned to us by Allah in this surah
The first is...
And the servants of (Allah) Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them, they say, "Peace!";
25-Furqan : 63

The first quality is Humility their walking on earth and dealings with human is with humility for when they're address by *Jahilunna* I.e the *Ignorant* In an aggressive or offensive way their Humility is show in two ways;

1)To those in real search of knowledge, they give such knowledge as they have and as the recipient can assimilate.

2)To those who merely dispute, they do not speak harshly, but say *_Peace_* as much as to say may it be well with you, may you repent and be better or may God give me peace from such wrangling or *Peace* and goodbye; let me leave you!

They're not the one who'll declare people *Kafir* Bid'ah kufr Khawarij, Suffi diobandi* all those, just because what you've been made known and clear by Allah hasn't been clear to him *Kazalika kuntum min qobl famonaallahu alaykum*..
The second qualities of the companion of Jannah!
*Ibaadur Rahman* stated by Allah in this surah and which will be where we'll stop for tonight is...
Those who spend the night in adoration of their Lord prostrate and standing;
25-Furqan : 64

#sighs...

The blessing of standing up the 3rd part of the night being in deep and beautiful conversation with the most beautiful God, we as a Muslim are blessed to be worshipping! *_Allah!!!_*
Or don't you know Allah used used to descend in the heaven of the Dun'ya in 3rd part of the night!!!

There's lot of enjoyment far better than sleeping awaiting u in Jannah! Wake up to the reality *Akhi*, *Ukhti* ????
Wake up during the 3rd part of the night and talk with Allah you're claiming you love the prophet and even claiming to be among a follower of the prophet's doing and teaching don't you or haven't you heard the prophet stood up in prayer so much at night and his leg got swollen till Aisha said *Qod gafaralahu laka Maa taqodama min zembika wamaa tahakhara* I.e why this rosul for indeed you've been forgiven your past and future sins! You know what the prophet Said??? Salallahu alayhi wasalam
He said *Afala akunna ab'da shakuro* that shouldn't I be a thankful servant!!!
Salallahu alayhi Wa salam
Those who'll dwell in Jannah! For aye, the Ibaadu Rahman are those who spend their night in adoration and glorification of their Allah!

5mins isn't little just make sure to wake up and do even if just two nawaafil and build for yourself a mansion in Jannah!
We Pray Allah count us among His ibaad and among the dwellers of Jannah!

I am just a student of Knowledge striving upon goodness, if any part of this article is found useful, it is from Allah and His messenger and If otherwise, it is from my evil self and shaytaan.

The Final Consequence (3)

💎 Dream Da'wah Network💎

Presents : The Final Consequence (3)

Today will In shaa Allah wrap up our Final Consequence series and is titled *Final Consequence(3): Jannah* .

*Final Consequence (3):Jannah*

*Introduction:*
All our lives we try to believe in and serve Allah (subhaanahu wa ta'ala) with greatest goal of getting admitted into Jannah(paradise). Because we hope and desire to live in Jannah eternally, we of course are curious about what it is like there. Aren't we?

*What is Jannah?*
Jannah (Arabic: جنّة), an eternal place for Muslims, is the Islamic conception of what paradise is. It is the grandest reward in  heaven earned by virtue of Allah's mercy and pleasure. The delights of this world are transient (i.e. not permanent) and when one gets bored, he goes on to look for other things of excitement.

Success in this world, is attached to big houses, cars, financial stability and other superficial elements of life.
As for the delights of Jannah, no one will ever feel bored with or of anything, instead, its goodness will increase with the pass of time. The delights of the people of Paradise, such as their clothing, food, drink, jewelry and palaces, will be far more qualitative than their counterparts in this world. The fact is there is no basis for comparison, as even the smallest space in Paradise is better than this world and all that is in it. The Prophet Muhammad (salla llahu 'alayhi wa sallam),  said:

*"The space of the bow of any one of you in Paradise is better than all that the sun rises upon" (Mishkaat al-Masaabeeh 3/85, no. 5615)*

*The Pleasures of Jannah*
Paradise is free from all the blemishes and insanity of this world. Eating and drinking in this world result in the need for excretion and its associated unpleasant odors. If a person drinks wine in this world, he loses his mind. Women of this world menstruate and give birth, which are sources of agony and hurt.
Paradise is devoid of these hardships: the people of jannah will not urinate, defecate, spit nor suffer from sicknesses obtainable on earth. The wine of Paradise, as described by Allah, is:

"Crystal-white, delicious to those who drink (thereof), free from intoxication, nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom" (Quran 37:46-47)

The water of Paradise does not become brackish, and its milk never changes in flavor:
" ... rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes ... " (Quran 47:15)

Allah also says about Jannah and its inhabitants in verses 17,18 and 19 of Surah At-Tur:
"As for the righteous, they will be in Gardens, and in Happiness."
"Enjoying the (Bliss) which their Lord hath bestowed on them, and their Lord shall deliver them from the Chastisement of the Fire."
(To them will be said:)
"Eat and drink ye, with profit and health, because of your good deeds."

*The Description of Jannah*
The descriptions of paradise are made to a great extent in details in the Qur'an, Hadiths and traditional tafseer (exegesis). Paradise as gathhered, is surrounded by eight principal gates, each level generally being divided into a hundred degrees(darajaat). The peak is known as firdaws (sometimes called Eden in conventional text). Firdaws will be entered first by Muhammad, then those who lived in poverty, and then the most pious. Entrants will be greeted by angels with salutations of peace or As-Salamu Alaykum.

One day in paradise is considered equivalent to a thousand years on earth. Abodes are made from bricks
of gold, silver, pearls, among other things. Traditions also indicate the presence of horses and camels of
"dazzling whiteness", along with other creatures. Therein are large trees, mountains made of musk, between which rivers flow in valleys of pearl and ruby. The names of four rivers are Saihan (Syr Darya), Jaihan (Amu Darya), Furat (Euphrates) and Nil (Nile). Salsabil is the name of a spring that is the source of the rivers of Rahma (mercy) and Al-Kawthar (abundance).
Sidrat al-Muntaha is a Lote tree that marks the end of the seventh heaven, the boundary where no creation can pass.

Despite all the great pleasures provided by Allah in paradise, Allah's and nearness to him is considered greater. According to the Qur'an, God will bring the elect near to his throne (‘arsh), a day on which
"some faces shall be shining in contemplating their Lord." The vision of God is regarded as the greatest of all
rewards, surpassing all other joys.

*What a place for the believers!!*
Allah says:
Gardens of perpetual bliss: they shall enter there, as well as the righteous among their fathers, their
spouses, and their offspring: and angels shall enter unto them from every gate (with the salutation):
"Peace unto you for that ye persevered in patience! Now how excellent is the final home!"
— Qur'an, sura  (al-Ra‘d), ayat 23-24
May Allah make us one of the inhabitants of JANNAH. Aameen

In shaa Allah we end on this note the Final consequence series but as an addendum, I would like to share the following:
*The 8 Doors of Paradise
According to hadith, Their names are as following:
1. Bāb al--Ṣalāh: For those who were punctual in prayer.
2. Bāb al-Jihād: For those who took part in jihad.
3. Bāb al-Ṣadaqah: For those who gave charity more often.
4. Bāb al-Rayyān: For those who fasted (siyam).
5. Bāb al-Ḥajj: For those participated in the annual pilgrimage.
6. Bāb al-Kāẓimīn al-Ghayẓ wa-al-‘Āfīn ‘an al-Nās: For those who withheld their anger and forgave others.
7. Bāb al-Aymān: For those who by virtue of their faith are saved from reckoning and chastisement.
8. Bāb al-Dhikr: For those who showed zeal in remembering God.

The Witnessed Day

💎 DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK 💎

Presents : The Witnessed Day
 (The Day of 'Arafah)

Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu
In the name of Allah, The Lord of the world.
Glory be to Allaah Who has created Time and has made some times better than others, some months and days and nights better than others, when rewards are multiplied many times, as a mercy towards His slaves.

Among Such Day is the Day of 'Arafah, it is referred to as the Witnessed Day because Allah swore an oath by it in the Qur'an and Allah will not swear an oath by anything except that which is mighty. Allah says :

“By the witnessing day [Friday] and by the witnessed day [the Day of ‘Arafaah].” [al-Burooj 85:3].
This is also in line with the narration of Al-Tirmidhi ;  It was reported from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The promised day is the Day of Resurrection, the witnessed day is the Day of ‘Arafaah, and the witnessing day is Friday.”

In the Tafseer of Ibn Katheer it is said that  the hadith is Mawquf and that the statement is that of Abu-Hurayah.
But Majority of scholars are of the opinion that the Day of 'Arafah can be regarded as the witnessed day
Allah knows best.

There are many Ahadeeth of our beloved prophet telling us how mighty and sacred the day of 'Arafah is :

•It is the witnessed day :
Narrated by al- Tirmidhi,
It was reported from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The promised day is the Day of Resurrection, the witnessed day is the Day of ‘Arafaah, and the witnessing day is Friday.”

•It is a day of forgiveness and freedom from hell fire :

‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There is no day on which Allaah frees more people from the Fire than the Day of ‘Arafaah. He comes close and expresses His pride to the angels, saying, ‘What do these people want?’”
 (Sahih Muslim)

Also Imam Ahmad Narrated in his musnad :

It was reported from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah expresses His pride to His angels at the time of ‘Ishaa’ on the Day of ‘Arafaah, about the people of ‘Arafaah. He says, ‘Look at My slaves who have come unkempt and dusty.’”

•Fasting On the day of 'Arafah is an expatiation for two years of Sin :

It was reported from Abu Qutaadah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about fasting on the Day of ‘Arafaah. He said, “It expiates for the sins of the previous year and of the coming year.” (Sahih Muslim)

In Shaa Allah today is the Eighth day in the month of Dhul-Hijjah which means tomorrow   is the day of 'Arafah, let all have the intention to fast for it is highly beneficial.
May Allah grant us all goodness, May He turn our bad deeds into Hassanat (Good deeds) and May He reward us all with Jannah. Aameen

The Tricks and Promises of Shaytaan

💎DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK 💎

Presents : "The Promises and Tricks of Shaytaan"

Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu.

In the name of Allah the Compassionate. We give thanks to Allah who created us from a single soul, and from it created its mate, and from the pair of them spread countless men and women far and wide.

And we seek Allah's refuge from Shaytaan — the accursed.

May The peace and blessings of Allah be upon our noble prophet Muhammad, his household, his companions and his followers up till the day of Judgement.

In Shaa Allah, we would be discussing "The Promises and Tricks of Shaytaan"

The Genesis of Shaytaan becoming the cursed-one — as well known to us — had begun from the Creation of Ãdam (Alayhi salaam) where he had refused His Lord's commandment out of arrogance. Allah narrated what indeed transpired thereof to us in various verses of the Qur’an to serve as a reminder to the world.

A session of this could be extracted from Surah Al-A'raf; it reads:

وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ لَمْ يَكُنْ مِنَ السَّاجِدِينَ

“We created you, We gave you shape, and then We said to the angels, ‘Bow down before Adam,’ and they did. But not Iblis: he was not one of those who bowed down.

“God said, ‘What prevented you from bowing down as I commanded you?’ and he said, ‘I am better than him: You created me from fire and him from clay.

“God said, ‘Get down from here! This is no place for your arrogance. Get out! You are contemptible!”

Thus, Shaytaan becomes ar-rajim — the accursed. However before he vacated the the garden he requested power and immortality from Allah so as to establish his fiefdom on earth upon mankind:

قَالَ أَنْظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ

“But Iblis said, ‘Give me respite until the Day people are raised from the dead,

“and God replied, ‘You have respite.”

Thereafter he promulgated his intention to beguile Adam’s descendant at any given instance.

“And then Iblis said, ‘Because You have put me in the wrong, I will lie in wait for them all on Your straight path:

“I will come at them- from their front and their back, from their right and their left- and You will find that most of them are ungrateful.

“God said, ‘Get out! You are disgraced and banished! I swear I shall fill Hell with you and all who follow you!”

Indeed Shaytaan begun his evil as promised:

 فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِنْ سَوْآتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَالِدِينَ

“Satan whispered to them so as to expose their nakedness, which had been hidden from them: he said, ‘Your Lord only forbade you this tree to prevent you becoming angels or immortals,

“he lured them with lies. Their nakedness became exposed to them when they had eaten from the tree: they began to put together leaves from the Garden to cover themselves. Their Lord called to them, ‘Did I not forbid you to approach that tree.”

Thus, Adam (Alayhi salaam) and his wife also vacate the garden.

However, because of antecedence,  Allah warned we the descendants of Adam to guard strictly off misdeed as they're plot of the devil —certainly he’s our worst enemy.

“Children of Adam, do not let Satan seduce you, as he did your parents, causing them to leave the Garden, stripping them of their garments to expose their nakedness to them: he and his forces can see you from where you cannot see them: We have made evil ones allies to those who do not believe.

“Satan is your enemy so treat him as an enemy, he invites his followers only to enter the blazing fire.”

Let's now consider from Suratun-Nisah of what the devil promised:

“I will mislead them and incite vain desires in them; I will command them to slit the ears of cattle; I will command them to tamper with God’s creation.’ Whoever chooses Satan as a patron instead of God is utterly ruined

1. I will mislead them: as seen around us today, the devil has beguiled people to mischief of varying kind. Like the insurgency, people taking lordship aside Allah from Shaykhs  dead or living etc. These are bad. Remember Allah does not forgive the joining of partners with Him.

2. I will incite vain desires in them: We can see the Female folk dressing in seductive apparels, basking a lustful gaits, instilling temptations upon men in way of 'beautification'.

This they do not out of ignorance but just selfish desires.

3. I will command them to slit the ears of cattle: however this practice is common among the Arabs during the period of ignorance. They take out of their cattle and camels to slit their ears and when that is done, the cattle or camel will not be rode on again rather it'll be regarded as an animal to worship. This is similar to making that which Allah has made beneficial for you as an object of worship — idol.

4. I will command them to tamper with God's creation: it is considered a norm among ladies to use artificial hair, pluck eyebrows, wear heavy makeups while the boys would wear tattoos. The worst of it people undergoing plastic surgeries! These are indeed of grievous sin.

‘Abd-Allaah ibn Mas’ood (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “May Allaah curse the women who do tattoos and those for whom tattoos are done, those who pluck their eyebrows and those who file their teeth for the purpose of beautification and alter the creation of Allaah.” (al-Bukhaari, al-Libaas)

Remember Shaytaan would deny ever knowing you not even acknowledging his misdeed as to which he lures man. In suratul Ibrahim Verse 22 Allah discloses:

“When everything has been decided, Satan will say, ‘God gave you a true promise. I too made promises but they were false ones: I had no power over you except to call you, and you responded to my call, so do not blame me; blame yourselves. I cannot help you, nor can you help me. I reject the way you associated me with God before.’ A bitter torment awaits such wrongdoers”

Whereas Allah had said, “Children of Adam, did I not command you not to serve Satan, for he was your sworn enemy…”

(36:61).

May Allah protect us from the evil acts and tricks of Shaytaan.

Presents : "Tolerance Amongst the Muslim Ummah"

Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu.

I seek refuge in Allah from shaytaan the accursed.
In the name of Allah the most beneficent, the merciful

All praise and adoration belongs to Allah! Our cherisher, our nourisher, our protector, our lord, our maker and our everything! Allah means a lot to us and  we Don't seems to  comprehend that!
Allah says :

I.e No just estimate have they made of Allah" Suratul hajj:74

May the complete salutation and blessings be upon the one who was sent as a  mercy to the universe "Muhammad".

We have been conferred with a great favour by Allah when He sent Muhammad to our midst rehearsing Allah's signs to us. He was the most lenient among all creations of Allah and He even testify to that and said...

I.e It's with Allah's mercy that you're lenient with them.

May we get a lesson from this that Our dealing with people, correcting others mistake should be in a gentle and lenient way!

Among the things we should understand is that Human being aren't the same when it comes thinking and understanding so it's obvious that we will have differences of opinions in some aspect of the Deen.. Even the greatest people before us, the companions of the prophet differs in the understanding of some aspect of Deen!..

There's a beautiful narration Mutafaqun alayhi (Agreed upon)

Narrated Abd-Allah ibn Umar: On the day of Al-Ahzab the Prophet said, "None of you Muslims) should offer the 'Asr prayer but at Banu Qurayza's place." The 'Asr prayer became due for some of them on the way. Some of them  (i.e. Clans) said, "We will not offer it till we reach the place of Banu Quraiza," while some others said, "No, we will pray at this spot, for the Prophet did not mean that for us." Later on it was mentioned to the Prophet and he did not berate any of the two groups."

You see they differed in  understanding the prophet's instruction that None should prayer solatu-l-asr except at Banu Quraiza a part of the clan believed solat that day was connected to place and not time. And the other clan see the prophet instruction to mean they are just to hurry to Banu-Quraiza.

So a part of them prayed on the way and the others prayed when they got to Banu-Quraiza and none of the two groups abused each other nor did they tag themselves with bad names rather they went on to report to the prophet and He didn't berate any of them since they both strive to fulfil the prophet's order!
We've learnt a lesson here that we'll have different of opinions we should just try and tolerate each other!.

Everyone has a good side of His, for example a Husband shouldn't say I'm divorcing my wife because she can't cook even though she's a good mother

Subhanallah!! Akhi if she can't Cook then find her a maid who can cook!!! Remember a good mother is hard to find!!! Maa Shaa Allah!!

We're to tolerate each other,  Our prophet whom we are following tolerate His companions that's why people like ;Khalid bn walid, Abu Sufyan and their likes later considered ISLAM
He wasn't harsh. Rosullullah was lenient and made it clear that Allah loves leniency in every thing! May Allah grant us goodness!! Aameen.

Our religion is such a beautiful one that the mere hearing of "Assalamu alaykum" from anyone will make One who's closer to the teachings of Quran have a good thought of the person that
"Oh He's a Muslim" that's because the Qur'an has taught us that :

"And say not unto anyone who offers you salutation Asalamu alaykum you are not a Muslim" (Q4:94).

So sad a brother will hear the Sha'adah from someone's mouth, see him praying and will clearly hear the word "Assalamu alaykum" and He'll still be like.. Oh! Should I reply him? He's a KAFIR he's this and he's that just because you have differences of opinion in some aspect of Deen???.
We shouldn't get disputed and learn to tolerate one another as we base every issue on the correct teachings which is the Qur'an and Sunnah! With so doing we can help ourselves understands most issue of the Deen like...

"Oh Bro shoudn't you consider raising up your trouser, you know the best of mankind (Rosulullah) advised that the trouser is to be raised above the ankle. Maa'sha'Allah!! In a beautiful way he'll understand.
Remember you were once like him before you were favoured by Allah!.

And the sisters also just because she hasn't started dressing properly doesn't mean she can't change tomorrow! Keep advicing her in a beautiful way, don't lose hope on Her because Rosullullah didn't lose hope in Umar  becoming a muslim and we all know what a great Sohaba he later became(may Allah be please with him).

Lastly, the issue of Division in the Deen need to be revisited! No one is saying you should with them do what we weren't instructed to do by Allah and His Rosul but we shouldn't fall into dispute over petty  issue and learn to correct each other's mistakes in a beautiful way remember Allah's statement!

And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute and [thus] lose courage and [then] your strength would depart; and be patient.  Indeed, Allah is with the patient.

If All this are found useful it is from Allah and His messenger but if otherwise it is from my own evil self and shaytaan.

Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu

All praises and thanks be to Allah, who (Alone) created the Heavens and earth and originated the darkness and the light; yet those who disbelieve hold others as equal with their Lord.
It is He who created Us from clay and then has decreed for us a stated term to die, with Him is another time for our ressurrection which none knows except Him. Yet some people doubt the ressurection. And He is Allah(to be worshipped Alone) in the Heaven and on the earth. He knows what we conceal and what we reveal and what we earn (good or bad). That's why He warned us in suratu-l-baqarrah.
"And Fear the day, you shall be brought back to Allah"
May Allah make that Day easy for Us and forgive us our sins! (Amin).

And may the complete blessings and salutation be upon Muhammad! By following Muhammad(salallahu alayhi Wa salam), Jannah! Will be one's abode because He (s.a.w)  said "And He who follows me(I.e my instructions), will enter Jannah! And He who goes against my instruction has refused"
Peace be upon his entire household and His companions and grant every one of us Jannah without punishment! Amin.

What we'lll like us look to go through together  is doing all things لوجه الله i.e for the sake of Allah!

Almost every one of us knows the first Hadith in Forty Hadith Collection of Immam nawawiy by heart "Every action will be rewarded according to it's corresponding intention".
But is this reflecting in all in our deeds? If truly we know every action of ours will be judge and rewarded according to intention! So why then are we doing things Ligayrillah I.e for other than Allah. Can any other give us the reward for our deeds besides Allah??? That's why among what the prophet feared for us the most is the Hidden shirk(Riyah; Showing off).

Our acts of worship must be done solely for the sake of Allah, there's a beautiful narration is Sahih Muslim that tells us how destructive our deeds will be if not done for Allah ;

Abu Hurayrah (May Allah be pleased with him) , who said, “I heard the Messenger of Allah say, ‘ Verily, the first to be judged on the Day of Resurrection will be a man who had died as a martyr. He will be brought forward. Allah will remind him of the favours He had bestowed upon him and the man will acknowledge them. Then He will ask him: `What did you do to express gratitude for it?’ The man will reply: `I fought for Your Cause till I was martyred.’ Allah will say: `You have lied. You fought so that people might call you courageous; and they have done so.’ Command will then be issued about him and he will be dragged on his face and thrown into Hell. Next a man who had acquired and imparted knowledge and read the Qur’an will be brought forward, Allah will remind him of the favours He had bestowed upon him and the man will acknowledge them. Then He will ask him: `What did you do to express gratitude for it?’ The man will reply: `I acquired knowledge and taught it, and read the Qur’an for Your sake.’ Allah will say to him: `You have lied. You acquired knowledge so that people might call you a learned (man), and you read the Qur’an so that they might call you a reciter, and they have done so.’ Command will then be issued about him, and he will be dragged on his face and thrown into Hell. Next a man whom Allah had made affluent and to whom Allah had given plenty of wealth, will be brought forward, Allah will remind him of the favours He had bestowed upon him and the man will acknowledge them. He will ask him: `What did you do to express gratitude for it?’ The man will reply: `I did not neglect any of the ways You liked wealth to be spend liberally for Your sake’. Allah will say to him: `You have lied. You did it so that people might call you generous, and they have done so.’ Command will then be issued about him and he will be dragged on his face and thrown into Hell .”
And the wording, “ So these are the first of Allaah’s creation the Fire will be kindled with on the Day of Resurrection“
Ya Allah!! Protect us from Jahannam!!!

What's more beautiful than being an Haafidh or a reciter of the Qur'an but if it's  done with the wrong intention, it may  turn to the most worse of all things when such deeds will be a cause for someone to see the wrath of Allah?! I'm mentioning the Qur'an because in the University or even the world at large, The Muslim Ummah are striving in perfecting their recitation of the Qur'an. Yea, it is and will really be a great thing if only the intention is right!
Hope your struggling to know the Qur'an was  because all your friends are Hufadh(Reciters of the Qur'an) and you wanted to imitate them in goodness too?
Hope it wasn't for the sake of competition and prizes??

Wallohi! The Qur'an is so beautiful that there's nothing like it, is it the reward which will be for the parent of the Hufadh or the reward of the reciter of the Qur'an himself! Whom it'll be said to "Read and ascend in ranks as you do read in the Dunya" those are the people who recite the Qur'an just for the sake of Allah. We should also try and check our intentions towards the Qur'an also.

A Muslim who knows what He is doing should be hoping for this kind of reward for Himself and His parent. What else will i wish for them, if not for my parent to have the reward of sitting on a golden throne and a golden crown on their head on the day every deeds will be judge and rewarded with intention!!

Wallaohi...

If not for His sake it's futile!!! see how beautiful this platform of ours is, may Allah(s.w.t) bless and reward all our lecturers. They are sharing with us beautiful messages without any incentive but just with the hope in the prophet's saying that “By Allah, were Allah to guide a single man through you would be better for you than a herd of red camels.” How great all this deeds are but if all this aren't  for the sake of Allah! Hmmm!! We shouldn't expect any reward from Allah.
For every action will be rewarded according to its corresponding intention!

May Allah grant us all Goodness, May He open our doors and forgive our Shortcomings.

What is the benefit of this life (1)

💎 DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK💎

Presents :
What is the Benefit of this Life (1)?

As-salaam alaykum wa rahmatullah wa barakutuhu

In Shaa Allah we will be taking ourselves through a series titled ;

"What is the Benefit of this Life (1)?"

Sometimes, I wonder why we hold this world so dearly to our hearts that we forget that it is of no value or so we have to know. Lately, I’ve been thinking, what happens after we get rich? You know after we get married, after giving birth, after raising a child, after getting a job, and stuff? I am as confused as you are right now too.

Ever wondered how foolish it is for man to be ignorant about the secret of his existence, his purpose in life and what will be his outcome after death? In many thought process, people have expressed the questions in these words: from where? to where? why?. The answers aren't too far away anyways for the thoughtful...

Texts have it said the Qur'an says:
منها خلقنا كم و فيها نعيدكم ومنها نخرجكم تارة أخرى...
Meaning:
We created them from it (earth), to it is their (humans) end, into it is their return forever.

Look at how petty the summary of human existence is.
In the poem of an Arab poet, Elya Abu Madhi expressing his uncertainty about the purpose of life titled At-Talaasim (puzzles), he says:

I came not knowing from where, but I came.
And I saw a pathway in front of me, so I walked.
And I will remain walking, whether I want this or not.
How did I come? How did I see my pathway?
I do not know!
Am I new or am I old in this existence?
Am I free and unrestrained, or do I walk in chains?
Do I lead myself in my life, or am I being led?
I wish I know, but…
I do not know!
And my path, oh what is my path? Is it long or is it short?
Am I ascending in it, or am I going down and sinking?
Am I the one who is walking on the road,
or is it the road that is moving?
Or are we both standing, but it is the time that is running?
I do not know!
Before I became a full human, do you see
if I were nothing, impossible? Or do you see that I was something?
Is there an answer to this puzzle, or will it remain eternal?
I do not know ... and why do I not know??
I do not know!

And so it must be really depressing for the atheists and agnostics not enjoying the tranquility of the believers; living in confusion and doubt of the existence of a creator or the guidance through messengers and prophets.
These set of people argue that we only exist by mere chance in this world and there isn't any consequence or concepts like destiny and afterlife.
In tackling this, I would like to share with us an analogy of the watch in the desert.

"How about finding a Watch in the Sand?"

“Suppose one finds a watch in the middle of a desert. What would he think? Would he think that someone dropped the watch? Or would you conclude that the watch came by itself?  Of course no sane person would say that the watch just happened to emerge from the sand- with all the intricate and complex working part, right?
The watch must definitely have a manufacturer. And then to add, the watch tells time accurately, then the manufacturer must have to be intelligent.

Now consider what else tells time; sunrise and sunset - their timings are so strictly regulated that astrologers and scientists can publish in before the sunrise and sunset times. Who then regulates the timings of sunrise and sunset?
In shaa Allah we will stop here today, it is a rhetorical question for us all to ponder on.....

Think little of Yourself

Presents : Think little of Yourself

_Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu!_

In the name of Allah The most Gracious, most Merciful.
All praise is indeed due to Allah subhanahu wata'ala Creator, Nourisher, Protector, Helper and The most loving!
Complete blessings and salutation upon Muhammad whose heart is the purest, words is the sweetest and whose look is Maa'sha'Allah. May the peace be upon His entire Household, companions We ask Allah to bless them all and bless us too. Aameen.

We thank Allah(s.w.t) who has always been there for us right from our mother's womb! Imagine the kind of protection it is, the same stomach in which we stayed for months during that period of time our mothers were taking in hot water and food and Maa'sha'Allah the hotness of those content didn't affect us a little! It's indeed Allah's protection and favours on us this make me understand Allah statement better that :
وَإِنْ تَعُدُّوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ لَا تُحْصُوهَا ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ

"And if you should count the favors of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful."
Suratul Nahl verse 18.

Alhamdulillah! Ya Allah we recognised your favours on us increase us in goodness and make us from the thankful and patient ones (Aameen).

As believers and followers of Muhammad (peace be upon), we have to look down on ourselves as nothing, whatever we are is a favour from Allah! You think you're pious? Muhammad (Peace be upon him) was the best when it comes to piety yet he do make supplications that :
"Oh Allah make me a thankful and patient slave and make me in my eyes little and big in the eyes of people! i.e (let the people see me as someone of high virtues)"

Subhanallah!! If the best of mankind, the one Allah raised his name higher that anyone's else's, the one whose heart was cleansed off every bad things, the One whom Allah Himself protected Him "And Allah will protect you from Men(who mean you mischief)" Q5:57.
He is  Rosullullah, He's the beloved of Allah, He's someone whom Allah used to send prayers on Him, His saliva is a cure, His sweat is a scent with the best as in best of all fragrant that Ummu Salama (May Allah be pleased with her) said after she touched the prophet sweat on his last sickness before His death, Jum'ah will come and will go and yet  she still used to perceive the scent of His sweat in Her hand salallahu alayhi Wa salam, If anyone testify that there's no deity worthy of worship besides Allah and didn't testify to the prophet hood of Muhammad then his Shahada isn't complete.

He was recognised and respected in the Heavens, He was the best husband to his wives and the best Father to his children and the best leader to the entire Muslim Ummah.  Indeed we've been favoured by Allah by making us among the Ummah of Muhammad who'll be the first Ummah to enter paradise  Allah said ..
"Allah did confer a great favour on the believers when He sent among them a messenger from among themselves, rehearsing unto them the Signs of Allah, sanctifying them, and instructing them in Scripture and Wisdom, while, before that, they had been in manifest error."
3-Aal-e-Imran : 164

With all this beautiful qualities of Muhammad you know what He used to say ? He said "O Allah! make me little to myself" and His prayers was indeed accepted because He lived such a life!!!

So who are you???? You!!! the son of soil and who'll later be throw back to the soil be rejoicing eh! there's none like me eat and drink! The soil will soon take all that from you when you'll finally be thrown back to it for you're indeed nothing, the son of Adam except with the level of the consciousness you have of Allah. The consciousness, the likeness of which will make you think little of yourself!.
"A poet once said :
Be humble and be like star for all those who'll be looking at you"
(that when the star is been looked at in water, it'll seems like it is under the water whereas it is indeed above the water).
"And be not like the smoke which take itself up above the sky And after reaching the sky it'll soon disappear!"

The true slaves of Allah are those who walk on the earth humbly! They won't call themselves what they truly are, not to talk of calling themselves what they're not!!

May Allah make Us from amongst them and make us little in our own eyes and greater in the eyes of people (Aameen).

It is not for the Believers

💎 DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK 💎

Presents : "It is not for the Believers"

Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu

All praises and adoration be to Allah who in his infinite mercy has sustained our lives till today.
We pray we witness many years in health and prosperity. Aameen

May The peace and blessings of Allah be upon The noblest of Mankind, The One who is referred to as The Sealed Nectar. The Last of all prophets ; Muhammad (Peace be upon him) his households and his companions up till The day of Resurrection.
In Shaa Allah, we will be discussing the topic:

"It is not for The Believers"

Allah the creator has made it clear to us the purpose of creation.
We were created to worship Allah and Him alone we must worship without ascribing partners to him.
A believer should be steadfast upon his religion and have believe in that which has been revealed to  him through Prophet Muhammad i.e The Qur'an and Authentic Hadith as source of guidance.
A Believer must know that he Shouldn't make the dunya his goal, rather he should be so concerned about the hereafter.

A believer should leave  the sweetness of the dunya for it is full of deceit.
Allah says :

"Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children -  like the example of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion."
Suratul Hadeed Verse 20

Al-Mustawrid reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
“What is the example of this worldly life in comparison to the Hereafter other than one of you dipping his finger in the sea? Let him see what he brings forth.”
(Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2858)

We are not saying He Shouldn't enjoy when Allah has really blessed him but He should spend that which he has been given in the way of  Allah in order to gain multiple rewards in the hereafter.
Allah says :

But seek, through that which Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter; and [yet], do not forget your share of the world. And do good as Allah has done good to you. And desire not corruption in the land. Indeed, Allah does not like corrupters.

Suratul Qasas V77

The Kuffar (Disbelievers) are blessed by Allah in this Dunya and they won't have any reward therein in the hereafter, for the Dunya is a world of amusement for them.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “ The world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the unbeliever.”
(Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2956)

A believer must remain on the straight path and never follow or befriend anyone who will stray him away. The Qur'an was explicit as regards to this :

And the Day the wrongdoer will bite on his hands [in regret] he will say, "Oh, I wish I had taken with the Messenger a way.

Oh, woe to me!  I wish I had not taken that one as a friend.

He led me away from the remembrance after it had come to me. And ever is Satan, to man, a deserter."
Suratul Furqan 27-29

When a believer restricts himself from being disobedient, He'll be met with a greater reward by Allah In the hereafter and Allah made this clear in the Qur'an :

وَجَزَاهُمْ بِمَا صَبَرُوا جَنَّةً وَحَرِيرًا

And will reward them for what they patiently endured [with] a garden [in Paradise] and silk [garments].
Suratul Al-Insan Verse 12

The narration below made it explicit that the worldly life isn't for the believers, their reward lies in the hereafter.

Anas ibn Malik
reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

“ Verily, when the unbeliever performs a good deed he is given a taste of its reward in the world. As for the believer, Allah will store his good deeds for him in the Hereafter and provide his sustenance in the world due to his obedience .”
(Sahih Muslim 2808)

Conclusively, we should take care of our hereafter by being obedient to Allah and following what was sent through His messenger peace be upon him.

Umar ibn Abdul Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him, said,
“Take care of your Hereafter and Allah will take care of your worldly life. Take care of your private life and Allah will take care of your public life.”
(Kitāb al-Ikhlāṣ pg50)

The Dunya and it's sweetness isn't meant for the Believers, JANNAH is the abode of The Believers and we must strive so hard to get it. May Allah make it easy for us all.

May Allah grant us all goodness, May He forgive our Shortcomings, and May He reward us all with Jannah. Aameen

Until we meet again,

Lessons From Prophet Yusuf (Alayhi Salaam)

󾠦 DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK󾠦

Presents : Lessons from Prophet Yusuf (Alayhi Salaam)

In the name of Allah, the Sole Protector of man, the Just of the Judges, and the Sustainer of the world... He made His signs clear to us, so we will ponder; and sent His messengers so we will be guided.

May His Blessings and Mercies linger upon his noblest servant, Muhammad, his household, his companions, and his followers – till the day of resurrection. Aameen.

Respectable brothers and sisters in Islam, we will in-shaa-Allah be discussing an event culled from the lifetime of Prophet Yusuf (Alayhi salaam).

Prophet Yusuf has been written in history as the most handsome or gorgeous person of his time, he had a profound beauty such that even the wife of Al-Aziz (the minister) had Inclinations towards him. This was described at length in chapter twelve of the Holy Qur’an. Let us make sure we read it up someday. (May Allah grant us the understanding of his Words).

Prophet Yusuf (Alayhi Salaam) had uttered a statement when it became known that the wife of the minister planned to incarcerate him, because he rejects having an affair with her:

قَالَ رَبِّ السِّجْنُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِمَّا يَدْعُونَنِي إِلَيْهِ ۖ وَإِلَّا تَصْرِفْ عَنِّي كَيْدَهُنَّ أَصْبُ إِلَيْهِنَّ وَأَكُنْ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ

“… Oh my Lord! Prison is more to my liking than that to which they invite me. Unless you turn away their plot from me, I will feel inclined towards them and be one of the ignorant."

But, on what course were they inviting Yusuf (Alayhi Salaam)? Was it for a sermon or a discussion? Obviously not!
It was for a lascivious deal.
However, did he grant the minister’s wife her request? Of course not.

He instead said,
"O my Lord! Prison is more to my liking than that to which they invite me..."

What a pious man – who passed such an indelible test.

This is a story Allah relates to us so we may be guided. Allah indeed detests the act of unlawful sex. He counsels,

“And come not near to the unlawful sexual intercourse. Verily, it is an evil way…” Q17:32

Noteworthy is the fact that Yusuf (alayhi salaam) was even lured by a wealthy, beautiful,   and famous woman –  the wife to a minister!

It is a different case entirely today: we live in a world where these are commonplace acts,  even among children. May Allah safeguard us from this misdeed.

This is purely a plot from the devil, to spur man into evil deals. That is why Allah instructs us to be modest, in our dressings and to lower our gaze.

When a lady dresses lustfully, the devil whispers dirt into the heart of the man; this would come like a tickle, then it grows unsteadily until he falls for the mischief.
Allah says in the Holy Qur’an,

“And as for him who feared standing before his Lord and restrained himself from impure evil desires , verily Paradise will be his abode”.
(An-Naziat Verse 40).

This in other words a glad tiding for who restrains himself from all forms of misconduct.

The prophet advised us to be conscious of our dealings with women, that the first temptation to have befallen the Israelites was from a woman. He said,

“This world is sweet and dazzling, and Allaah has you put in charge of it to see how you will do and what you will do. So beware of this world and beware of women, for the first incitement that befell the Children of Israel was concerning women. ”
[Muslim, 4925].

May Allah continue to guide and protect us.
Allah is Oft forgiven.
He is ready to clear us off our misdeed provided we seek His mercies, guidance and repent:
: قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

“Say: ‘O (My slaves) who has transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful.” Suratul Zumar Verse 53

May He forgive our shortcomings; may he grant us protection from all forms of temptation and to the right path, Ameen.

Backbiting

💎 DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK💎
Presents: Backbiting

Assalamu alaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh.

We have have discussed *SUSPICION and SPYING*. The next point I will discuss with us tonight In sha Allah is BACKBITTING.
Backbiting is from the word Backbite which means in English language: To make spiteful slanderous or defamatorystatements about someone.(informal) To attack from behind or when out of earshot. To speak badly of an absent individual.
In Arabic language its called
The Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) said that, backbiting is talking about somebody which if he heard, it would grieve him.

Hence it is not allowed to talk about somebody in his absence even if what was narrated was true. If it was not true, then it would be a bigger sin and is called بهتان (False Accusation).
It is important to note that to find others' fault or to talk sarcastically or to defame a person is called لمز which Allah says about in the Qur'an:
Suratul Hujrat verse 11:
Do not defame oneanother.

It means that when you find faults with others, they will turn around and find faults in you.
The beauty of this wording of Qur'an is that it says that finding faults in others is like finding faults in yourself. Just like Allah said:
وَلاَ تَقْتُلُوٓاْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ
Do not kill yourself.

Hence if you kill others, they will try to kill you too.
Allah also says in Suratul Humazzah verse 1 :
وَيْلٌ لِكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ
Woe to every slanderer and backbiter.

An Urdu poet says:
When I did not know about myself
I was always finding faults in others.
When I focused on my own faults
I do not find any other person worse than myself.

In verse twelve of Suratul Hujraat, Allah made it clear that defaming another Muslim in his absence is like eating the flesh of your dead brother, which obviously everybody hates. Hence it is most horrible sin. Note that if he person is present, he may have a chance to defend himself although everybody does not have the courage to defend himself in these circumstances. If, however, he is defamed in his absence, the damage is deep as somewhat permanent. Allah describes this backbiting in such a manner that every Muslim should develop hatred for this hideous crime.
Backbiting is not done by tongue alone, l. It can also be done with the eyes, hand, and other movements. For example, imitating someone who is limping in order to insult him.
The Messenger of Allah said: الغيبة أشد من الزنا
"Backbiting is a worse sin than adultery"

It is further explained in a saying of the prophet narrated by Abu Sa'īd and Jabir h Abdullah : Allah may forgive a person of he repents after committing adultery. However, Allah will not forgive the one who backbites till his victim forgives him." (Al-Bayhaqi).
*One time the Prophet pointed towards two graves and said to his companions that both of these people are being tortured in their graves. One of them used to backbite people, and the other was not careful about the spilling drops of urine on his clothes and body whilst urinating. (Bukhari and Muslim)*
Imam Ghazali writes in his book إحياء علوم الدين about Hasan al-Basri (Rh) that a person used to backbite Hasan al-basri, so Hasan al-Basri sent some dates as a present to this person on learning about his backbiting. Hasan al-Basri also sent this message, "By backbiting you are transferring your good deeds to me. I realise that these dates are not the fitting gift for the good you are doing to me. I request that you accept this humble present"
Subhanallah!!
*Note that backbiting a child, a mad person, or a disbeliever is also not allowed.*
The following are not considered backbiting:
1. To complain to a person about a cruel official so that the concerned official can discipline the cruel one.

2. To complain to a father or husband about a child or wife respectively who can possibly reform them.
3. To describe detailed circumstances to get Fatwah.
4. To describe something to save Muslims from religious victimisation.
5. To describe full circumstances for professional consultations.
6. To mention the major sins of a person who commits that sin openly, boldly, and takes pride in it (The book of Good manners, Imtiaz Ahmad)
Note that the common point in all above cases is that, the mention is being made for a specific need and not for degrading or defaming others intentionally or unjustly.
Further note that listening to backbiting the same as backbiting somebody. It is better to walk away from such individuals.
Backbiting violates the rights of Allah and the rights of people simultaneously. Hence, it is necessary to ask for forgiveness from the victim first, since Allah will not forgive unless the victim forgives. If the victim has died or is untraceable, then ransom has to be paid. Anas (RA) narrated that the messenger of Allah said:
"The ransom for backbiting is to pray to Allah for forgiveness by saying, " Oh Allah' Forgive my sins and his too."

I pray to Allah to save us from bad *suspicion*, *Spying*, and *backbiting*. Ameen.

The Ten Golden Days

💎 *DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK* 💎

Presents : *The Ten Golden Days*
Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu
*Praise be to Allaah Who has created Time and has made some times better than others, some months and days and nights better than others, when rewards are multiplied many times, as a mercy towards His slaves.*
*This encourages them to do more righteous deeds and makes them more eager to worship Him, so that the Muslim renews his efforts to gain a greater share of reward, prepare himself for death and supply himself in readiness for the Day of Judgement.*

*This season of worship brings many benefits, such as the opportunity to correct one’s faults and make up for any shortcomings or anything that one might have missed.*
*Every one of these special  occasions involves some kind of worship through which the slaves may draw closer to Allaah, and some kind of blessing though which Allaah bestows His favour and mercy upon whomsoever He will.*
The topic is *The Ten Golden Days*
Among the Seasons of worship are the *First ten days of Dhul-Hijja* and this is what I referred to as *The Ten Golden days* in the topic.

We would never say a day is so special unless we have evidence from the Authentic sources of Shari'ah which is mainly the Qur'an and Ahadeeth of our Beloved prophet (peace be upon him).
These first ten days of Dhul Hijja are days which Allah has preferred all over other days of the year.
*Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him and his father) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allaah than these ten days." The people asked, "Not even jihaad for the sake of Allaah?" He said, "Not even jihaad for the sake of Allaah, except in the case of a man who went out to fight giving himself and his wealth up for the cause, and came back with nothing." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 2/457)*
The above hadith and other evidences which will be given soon indicates that these ten days are better than the other days of the year. But the last ten nights of Ramadaan are better, because they include Laylat al-Qadr ("the Night of Power"), which is better than a thousand months.
*Allaah swears an oath by them, and swearing an oath by something is indicative of its importance and great benefit. Allaah says : *"By the dawn; by the ten nights" [al-Fajr 89:1-2].*
Ibn ‘Abbaas, Ibn al-Zubayr, Mujaahid and others of the earlier and later generations said that this refers to the first ten days of Dhu’l-Hijjah. Ibn Katheer said: "This is the correct opinion."    (Tafseer Ibn Katheer, 8/413)

These ten days are so powerful so much so that the prophet (Peace be Upon him) to praise Allah a great deal and never for once stop praising Allah.
‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him and his father) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: *"There are no days greater in the sight of Allaah and in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Him than these ten days, so during this time recite a great deal of Tahleel ("La ilaaha ill-Allaah"),Takbeer and Tahmeed."     (Reported by Ahmad, 7/224)*

*These ten days includes the day of 'Arafah, on which Allaah perfected His Religion. Fasting on this day will expiate for the sins of two years. These days also include Yawm al-Nahar (the Day of Sacrifice), the greatest day of the entire year and the greatest day of Hajj, which combines acts of worship in a way unlike any other day.*

*The Sunnah indicates that the one who wants to offer a sacrifice must stop cutting his hair and nails and removing anything from his skin, from the beginning of the ten days until after he has offered his sacrifice, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "When you see the new moon of Dhu’l-Hijjah, if any one of you wants to offer a sacrifice, then he should stop cutting his hair and nails until he has offered his sacrifice." According to another report he said: "He should not remove (literally, touch) anything from his hair or skin." (reported by Muslim with four isnaads, 13/146)*

Therefore in other to take advantage of these Golden ten days, we should engage ourselves in acts of worship which will earn us rewards from Allah. A good deed on these ten days is rewarded in multi-fold, now imagine if you were to sin on such a day, won't your sins be recorded in multi-fold too?
*Among the good deeds which we should strive for on these Golden days are* :

- *Fasting* : It is Sunnah to fast on the Ninth day of Dhul Hijja        (The day of 'Arafah), also one can also fast on the first Nine days for the prophet himself did it. This is in reference to the Hadith narrated from Hunaydah bn Khalid.
*It was narrated from Hunaydah ibn Khaalid from his wife, that one of the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to fast on the first nine days of Dhu’l-Hijjah and the day of ‘Ashoora’, and three days each month, the first Monday of the month and two Thursdays. Narrated by al-Nasaa’i, 4/205 and by Abu Dawood; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani*

- *Praising Allah a great deal* : We've cited an hadith above which encourages us to praise Allah on these days for it is highly rewarding.

- Seeking Allah's forgiveness and Making Repentance : *If a Muslim commits a sin, he must hasten to repent at once, without delay, firstly because he does not know when he will die, and secondly because one evil deed leads to another.*

*Repentance at special times is very important because in most cases people’s thoughts turn towards worship at these times, and they are keen to do good, which leads to them recognizing their sins and feeling regret for the past. Repentance is obligatory at all times, but when the Muslim combines sincere repentance with good deeds during the days of most virtue, this is a sign of success, in sha Allaah. Allaah says : "But as for him who repented, believed and did righteous deeds, then he will be among those who are successful." [al-Qasas 28:67]*

- *Reading and Pondering over the Qur'an* : Remembrance of Allah can be done through reading the qur'an and pondering over its meaning as it will enhance one's rewards on these golden days.

*Sacrifice* - It is also one of the things which earns one a great reward on these blessed days. This is can be done on the 10th day After leaving the 'Eid praying ground. It serves as a means of getting closer to Allah.

*Giving Charity*: We should also try and reach out to those who are poor among us and extend our hands of help to them for it will earn us a great reward. Smiling to a fellow Muslim is also am act of charity! What will you gain in frowning all the time? Smile amd relax your muscles! *It's Sunnah* 😊
*Conclusively, We should try as much as possible to distance ourselves from prohibited acts which might bring about Allah's wrath, these ten days are so sacred that one needs to spend it worshipping Allah rather than sinning against Allah.*

May Allah spare our lives till those days, May He grant us all goodness, May He forgive our Shortcomings and admit us among the righteous Ones. Aameen.
*I am just a student of Knowledge striving upon goodness, if any part of this article is found useful, it is from Allah and His messenger and If otherwise, it is from my evil self and shaytaan.*

*NOTE* : *Dhul-Hijjah will In Shaa Allah start on Friday or Saturday, we'll let you know as soon as it is confirmed!*
Until we meet again! *Wassalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabrakatuhu*

Unity Of The islamic Ummah

💎 *DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK* 💎

Presents : *Unity of The Islamic Ummah*

We thank Allah عزوجل for giving us the opportunity of having more time in worshiping Him... In shaa Allah tonight, I have been burdened with the responsibility of giving a short lecture to the best of my little knowledge on the *unity of the Islamic nation*

Bi idnillahi ta'aala  we shall focus this topic on two aspect ;  Religiously and socially..
Allah (swt) said *وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُو*  And hold firm to the rope of Allah and do not be disunited.

Here, حبل means the commandment of Allah (swt) and what the prophet (saw) had given to us as laws. Allah says :

*whatever the messenger gives you take it (hold on to it) and whatever he prohibits for you move away from it, And be conscious of Allah.....*

So when we call for unity in this ummah we are calling for nothing except the تمسك بالكتاب و السنة holding onto the Quran and sunnah for therein lies the unity of this ummah.

Therefore, we would not say because we call for unity in the ummah we then would leave those who have deviated from the path of the Quran and sunnah alone and partner with them *Never*  for unity is found in following the Path of Quran and sunnah, so if we want unity we must call them to such path but with kindness and love, for Allah said

"Invite (mankind, O Muhammad SAW) to the Way of your Lord (i.e. Islam) with wisdom (i.e. with the Divine Inspiration and the Quran) and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, and He is the Best Aware of those who are guided."

So  unity is not found in letting other sect spread their falsehood because we want unity, Calling to the path of Quran and sunnah is the real unity

Moving on to the social aspect of unity, this could only be achieved through *mutual love and respect for one another*,
There are many ahadith that guides the social aspect of human relations. We would only mention one or two. The prophet (saw) said  *none of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself*  in another hadith he(s.a.w) said  *the muslims are like one body, if any part of the body is in pain, the whole body feels it too*  the question now is how many of us put this hadith into practice? And yet we call for unity in the ummah.

Allah (swt) gave us some *golden rules* in suratul hujurat for us to ensure there is social unity in the ummah, Allah says :

: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ جَاءَكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَإٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا أَنْ تُصِيبُوا قَوْمًا بِجَهَالَةٍ فَتُصْبِحُوا عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَادِمِينَ

O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.

And if two parties or groups among the believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them both, but if one of them rebels against the other, then fight you (all) against the one that which rebels till it complies with the Command of Allah; then if it complies, then make reconciliation between them justly, and be equitable. Verily! Allah loves those who are equitable.

The believers are nothing else than brothers (in Islamic religion). So make reconciliation between your brothers, and fear Allah, that you may receive mercy.

O you who believe! Let not a group scoff at another group, it may be that the latter are better than the former; nor let (some) women scoff at other women, it may be that the latter are better than the former, nor defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. How bad is it, to insult one's brother after having Faith [i.e. to call your Muslim brother (a faithful believer) as: "O sinner", or "O wicked", etc.]. And whosoever does not repent, then such are indeed Zalimun (wrong-doers, etc.)

All these verses are there to ensure *love and peace* amongst the ummah, for it is in the doing of the opposite of these aayat that *hatred and dispute* emanates from...
so if we want unity in our social lives, we must adhere to them.. For if there is no unity in this ummah, then our strength as a nation goes away.. Allah said

And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute (with one another) lest you lose courage and your strength depart, and be patient. Surely, Allah is with those who are As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.).

So if we want this unity that we call for we must *hold on to حبل الله first and foremost and we must move away from disputing amongst ourselves*

*Note* unity can only be achieved when we realise that other have rights over us just as we have over them.
May Allah grant us all goodness, May He forgive our Shortcomings and strengthen our Imãn. Aameen

The Final Consequence (2)

💎 DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK 💎

Presents: The Final Consequence (2)

Alhamdulillah for sparing our lives till this moment and making us Muslims.
Indeed our being and existence aren't our making but ALLAH's. And Allah has provided us with a guide (The Quran) to help us through our lives on earth; in it is the clear path and cure for the believers.

Today's topic shall be tagged: The Final Consequence: "Hell" which is a sequence to last week's topic. We pray to Almighty Allah to help us through its course.Aameen.

Last week, we learnt that our actions on earth have a consequence in the afterlife. We also quickly mentioned the deeds that lead to each consequence. Some of us maybe a little bit withdrawn with the topic of today being that this topic was chosen first but the truth is we hope to end with the sweet part next week bi izinillah ta'ala.

HELL
Why Hell?
Many verses in the Quran indicate that hell is meant for the disbelievers- those that turn away from what Allah commands and embrace what HE forbids; certainly they are the ungrateful.

HELL

What's the real story?
After the creation of hell, Allah (suhanahu wa ta'ala), ordered Angel Jibreel  Alayhis Salatu Wasallam to visit it. After witnessing the punishments, the horror, the afflictions and tortures of Jahannam, he submitted:

"O Allah! I swear by Thy Glory and Thy Grandeur that if anyone comes to know of the conditions in Jahannam they
will do everything possible never to go near it."

How then will Jahannam be the abode of some even after the scary stories?

Almighty Allah then surrounded Jahannam with acts of superficial indulgence, such as Shirk, Fitnah, lying and back-biting, adultery and fornication, drinking, cruelty and disrespect towards parents, stealing, Ribah, pride and disregard of the Divine Commandments etc and then again ordered Jibreel to visit it.
 He saw it and submitted:

"My Lord and Creator! I fear that hardly anybody will be able to escape it."

Taking  a look at the above, it would seem that nobody will be able to escape the prangs of hell because of the worldly pleasures attached to hell. That's a wrong notion- a topic for another day.

Painting a picture of hell

It is so clear so much so that it aligns with human conception in then words of the Quran. As said, the fire of Jahannam burnt for a thousand years then it became red. Again it burnt for another thousand years and then it became black. It is at this stage black with the redness of the flame.

Jahannam is so deep that if a rock is thrown into it, it will take more than seventy years to reach the bottom. According to texts from Mishkat-ul-Masabih, the fire of this world that Almighty Allah blessed humanity with, originated from just a single flame of Jahannam that had to be washed seventy times before it was brought down to earth. Just one drop of the stench of Jahannam is enough to kill the entire human race.
What will happen?

Allah says in surah Al-mulk: in verses 6, 7 and 8  :

(وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ)
[Surat Al-Mulk 6]

Translation:
And for those who disbelieved in their Lord is the punishment of Hell, and wretched is the destination.

[Surat Al-Mulk 7]

Translation:
When they are thrown into it, they hear from it a [dreadful] inhaling while it boils up.

[Surat Al-Mulk 8]

Translation:
It almost bursts with rage. Every time a company is thrown into it, its keepers ask them, "Did there not come to you a warner?"

We will in shaa Allah stop here today and pray to Allah to keep us till then and beyond and protect us from the torments of Hell. Aameen.

As-Sabr (Patience)

💎 DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK 💎

Presents: As-Sabr (Patience)

I give thanks to Almighty Allah, the One who test His servant when He loves Him.

Like He said in an Hadith qudsi *when Allah wished a good thing for His servant He test him in it*

We gives thanks to him, we praise Him, we seek His forgiveness and testify that LA ilaha ilallah.

And may complete blessings and salutation be upon the chosen one, Muhammadu Rosullullah. Among the special place His name was clearly stated in the Qur'an is in suratu-l-ahzab

Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things.

When we love someone or a thing, we always claim such thing, like calling the thing with one's self, so People were claiming the prophet then, Allah then said He isn't the Father of anyone of you if not the Prophet of Allah!!! Allah called Him with Himself! Whenever we mention His name, a true believer will remember Allah!

*Salallahu alayhi Wa salam*
 In a saying of His in sahih Muslim He said;
_The affairs of the believer is amazing, all His affairs are good and this is for none other except for a believer. When prosperity befalls him He gives Thanks and when Adversity befalls Him, He will be *patient*

_Patient_ which will be our main discussion for tonight!*

A topic like this I believe is necessary for the fact that we are presently living in the time of patience or isn't it so? The time where civil servant works for months only to hear stories when it's time for them to receive salaries, the time that people aren't eating for days, a time where people went to market for Rice in exchange for a whole child, a time where fathers turned useless to his family, why??? He couldn't provide the family with what to eat.......

Subhanallah!

An khabar came that a man bought Amala from a little girl, he took 3 folds of Amala,  thanks To Allah he didn't ask for meat! *smiles*. So when he finished eating the food the girl asked for the *owo ounje* only to hear from the man that which money??? That when he thought he'll die if he shouldn't find anything to eat so that's why he called her that he has nothing to pay so the people that passed by them were later the one who paid for the food!!!

All such, different cases!!!!

So isn't this our time really a time of *suru* patience!

#sighs...

This sabr is of two type; the First being for we *talika* who have nothing!!! Our sabr is saying the words *Ina Lilah Wa INA ilayhi rojihun* that *_To Allah belong and to Him we shall return_* a statement Allah called our attention to in suratu-l-baqarrah, that the saying of this at a time of affliction like unto ours, will result to a prayer from Allah and mercy from Him!!!

So when the stomach is crying for food, the hand crying for money anything!!! remind it that *Inalillahi Wa ina ilayhi rojihun* I.e since we are from and returning to Allah so, He indeed is aware of our situation and will soon make a makhroj (way out) for us!

The second which will be where I'll stop for tonight is the Sabr for those who have little with them *faman qudiro alayhi rizqohu*
Which is *Iq'tahama l aqoba*
Make haste to the path that is steep and what is this path that's steep like Allah mentioned in suratu-l-balad it is freeing a bondman and *It'amu fi yaomi dhi mazgoba* giving food at a time of privation *"IGBA ODAA* and igba WO ni oda bi this time of ours?
People are suffering walai!!!

Akhi!!! Ukhti!!! Seriously people close to you are hungry they aren't just showing it, when u detect such people, call them and let them eat from your food *IT'S SUNNAH* the food of TWO people is enough for THREE the prophet made that clear.

Doing such will make one to be among those who deals with  others with patient.

By the time, men are in loss Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy.
103-Asr : 3

Allahuma ijhalna Mina ledhina amanu Wa aminu soliha watawasor'o bil'aqi watawasor'o bi'sobr

Tafsir Of Surah Fussilat Verse 46

💎 DREAM DA'WAH NETWORK 💎
Presents : Tafsir Of Surah Fussilat Verse 46
In the name of Allah, the most beneficent, The most Merciful.
Indeed the best of speech is the book of Allah and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad, the most evil of things are those which are newly invented (in the religion) and every innovation is going astray.
May The peace and blessings of Allah be upon the noblest of
Mankind, Muhammad (Peace be upon him) his households, his companions, those that followed, those that are following and those that will follow him up till the day of Judgement.
Brothers and Sisters in Islam, it is very Important for us to think about the beautiful words of Allah and whenever we open the Qur'an to read we should ty as much as possible to ponder over it's meaning for it is in the remembrance of Allah that the heart finds peace.
Tonight In shaa Allah we are will take ourselves through a very powerful verse in the Suratu Fussilat where Allah says :
من عمل صلحا فلنفسه  ومن اساء فعليها  وما ربك بظلم للعبيد
Whoever works righteousness benefits his own soul; whoever works evil, it is against his own soul: nor is thy Lord ever unjust (in the least) to His Servants.
In this verse, we are made to know that We are given freedom to do whichever and whatever we want, but it depends on how we want to live our lives and the outcome we want for our separate selves.
Allah says whoever performs righteousness will benefit no one but his own soul subhanallah!! There's no need listing a hundred of righteous things to do, we all know what is right amd what isn't.
Righteousness starts from the fulfilment of our duties towards Allah amd what is that duty? It's nothing other than worshipping him, observing our daily salah, fasting in the month of Ramadan, Giving Charity, and to make pilgrimage to The sacred house (Ka'bah) if we have the ability to do so.
This is the righteousness to Allah, but righteousness to our fellow Brothers and Sisters is simply through kindness amd respect for one another's nature. The Ummah today is such that a Brother or Sister doesn't make Tesleem to another Brother or Sister jist because they belong to different sect whereas Allah referred to us all as Muslims! Subhanallah!! Where as the Prophet told us that meeting a muslim brother with a smile is an act of Charity!!
Obedience to the parents, giving alms to the poor and all other act of righteousness we know are what comes in relation to this verse. When we engage in all acts of righteousness, we benefit no one but our own soul, this is what the first part of the verse is saying.
The second part actually tackles our evil selves, we know what Allah and His prophet has prohibited for us yet we deem it fit to engage in them at times, we all know Alcohol is forbidden, Zina is forbidden and all sorts of immoral vices, yet we still see muslims who engages in all these. Subhanallah!!!
Whenever we want to do something bad, we shoukd always remember how disappointed and how angry Allah will be with us for He is aware of all our deeds. Allah says :
Say: "Enough is Allah for a witness between me and you: for He is well acquainted with His servants, and He sees (all things).
17-Isra : 96
We should always have it in mind that Allah is ever watchful over us, for Allah says in yet another verse :
بلي ان ربهۥ كان به بصيرا
Nay, nay! for his Lord was (ever) watchful of him!
84-Inshiqaq : 15
The last part of the verse is pointing to the fact that there's a reward for both righteousness and evil and Allah will never be unjust to anyone. If you engage in righteousness, your reward is righteousness but of you engage in evil there's nothing you'll be rewarded with than evil.
Allah says :
These are the Signs of Allah: We rehearse them to thee in Truth: And Allah means no injustice to any of His creatures.
3-Aal-e-Imran : 108
For the righteous ones, Allah's good news to them is that:
ومن يعمل من الصلحت وهو مومن فلا يخاف ظلما ولا هضما
But he who works deeds of righteousness, and has faith, will have no fear of harm nor of any curtailment (of what is his due).
20-Taha : 112
But for the evil doers Allah says :
وجحدوا بها واستيقنتها انفسهم ظلما وعلوا  فانظر كيف كان عقبة المفسدين
And they rejected those Signs in iniquity and arrogance, though their souls were convinced thereof: so see what was the end of those who acted corruptly!
27-Naml : 14
May Allah grant us all goodness, May He protect us against our evil self, grant us sweetness of Imãn and count us among the righteous one whose rewards will be Paradise wherein they'll live happily ever after and they shall never die. May He protect us, our families and the Muslim Ummah at large from the torments of Hell Fire.
Wassalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu.
